Our accessibility features are as follows: light controls (light switch, heating/air conditioning, etc.) at accessible heights, bathroom grab bars with transfer space, roll-in shower with grab bars, vanity with required leg clearance, insulated hot water pipes, audio/visual smoke detectors, closed caption televisions, and an accessible path of travel.

All Loft Suites are located on the second level of the Chateau Building with no elevator access.
